The rules of the game.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the Peak64 beta. Peak64 is published by Adrien Tranchant, Entrepreneur individuel (EI). See the legal notice.

The app is not on sale yet. When the subscription opens, the terms of sale (price, trial, cancellation, withdrawal) will be added here and shown before any payment.

What Peak64 is

  • An analysis tool for a game. It reads your public rated games and shows you what stands out.
  • Not a promise of results. Nothing here guarantees that your rating will go up.
  • Not medical advice. What it says about sleep and energy is not a health opinion.
  • Not a chess course. The exercises it points to are on other sites, under their own terms.

The beta

The beta is free. It is unfinished software, provided as it is: it can contain errors, change, or stop without notice. Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation.

Your side

  • Give a username that is yours, or that you are allowed to look up.
  • Do not use this site to overload Chess.com or Peak64, and do not try to break it.
  • Your Chess.com account stays under its terms. Peak64 never asks for its password.

Third-party services

Peak64 depends on the public data of Chess.com. If that access changes or closes, parts of Peak64 can stop working. Peak64 is not affiliated with Chess.com.

Liability

Peak64 is provided without warranty, to the extent the law allows. The publisher is not liable for lost rating points, lost games, or decisions you take from what the app or this site shows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
